When managed carefully, pigs out on pasture have many positive benefits in a regenerative farming system. Our second son, Jacob, breeds and manages the pigs on our farm. Every 7 days, each group of pigs are given a fresh area to graze and do a light till on. They are fed organic cracked grain, organic fruit/veg, fresh milk and eggs daily.

The pork has a slightly sweet flavour when cooked. Our customers are enjoying the simple old fashion recipes that our butchers are using to make pork sausages and nitrate free bacon.
